365 Days Later – A Year In Review – FY19

HTL Property, a powerfully boutique specialist and pure brokerage agency, was formed in July 2018 by a best of breed collection of market leading agents.

In the intervening 52 weeks to June 30 2019, HTL Property has successfully transacted upon 40 valuable NSW hospitality indexed assets; resulting in a commanding market share and a successful clearance rate of 89%.

Successful transactions have included the well-publicised national hotel record in the form of Manly’s iconic Hotel Steyne; and the lesser known, but no less important to us, Australian Hotel in the NSW regional township of Inverell.

With market share in FY19 greater than the combined total of all our competitors, we welcome the new Financial Year with great expectation, and an enthusiasm for a prosperous twelve months in what is arguably the APAC Region’s most reliable property market.
