The Plainsman Motel in Forbes has been exclusively listed for sale by specialist brokerage firm HTL Property Director’s James Carrick and Nic Simarro.

The property was constructed in 1968 and is the largest motel in Forbes. The Motel comprises 41 keys including suites and two-bedroom apartments; a swimming pool, conference room, restaurant and bar.
