Following the sale of multiple CBD fringe hotels, leading agency HTL Property announces the next opportunity in this genre, with Chippendale’s famous Duck Inn available to purchase.
Having sold Waterloo’s Grosvenor Hotel for the same overseas based equity source, HTL believe the aesthetically pleasing Sydney freehold going concern just might be the best entry level hotel on the market.

The sale of the Duck Inn is by way of EOI closing Wednesday 9 March at 12pm; unless sold prior.
