A popular hotel in the south-west mining region of Queensland has been listed for sale with Ray White Hotels Australia.
The Royal Hotel at 189 Ruthven Street, Toowoomba, is being marketed by Leon Alaban, Sean Dollar and Tony Bargwanna of Ray White Hotels Australia. Mr Alaban, Ray White Hotels Australia Director of Investment Sales Queensland, said the hotel is located on a site of approximately 3,293 sqm and has significant potential for expansion.
“The hotel enjoys a high volume of vehicle exposure as it sits on a prominent position on Ruthven Street, which is the gateway to the northern growth corridor of Toowoomba,” he said.
