Leading national agency HTL Property has been exclusively engaged to market and sell the popular Narooma Hotel on the NSW Sapphire Coast.

The sale is being managed by HTL Property Director’s Sam Handy and Blake Edwards, on behalf of valued clients the Sweeney family. Known locally as the “million dollar view”, the Narooma Hotel enjoys stunning and never to be built out views over the Wagonga Inlet and inimitable Pacific Ocean.

“The hotel and the township have both been very good to us, and with the increased interest in both the South Coast region and asset class more broadly, we are taking the opportunity to refocus our attention elsewhere” advised owner, Mathew Sweeney.

The well known pub features a bar, bistro, gaming room with 12 GMEs and an expansive north east facing deck area. Perched on a 2,032m2 site, the outstanding venue has off-street car parking and a dual street frontage.

The venue achieved average weekly revenue capture of approximately $87,000 for the 12 month period ending Sep 25, with strong contributions from all departments.
