The remarkable Clifton Hotel in the upmarket Melbourne suburb of Kew is being brought to market by leading national hotel agency specialists, HTL Property; on behalf of Receivers and Managers, FTI Consulting.

The freehold and business interests in the hotel, and which is currently operated under management, is being sold with the successful purchaser provided an option for vacant possession via which to operate the business themselves.

The popular hotel formed part of the broader Public Hospitality Group which has already seen a number of its hotels put to market and successfully sold by HTL Property in recent weeks.

The Clifton Hotel has undergone a major refurbishment over recent years.
