Leading national brokerage agency, HTL Property, is pleased to announce the successful sale and settlement of Motel Molly – in the gorgeous South Coast seaside township of Mollymook.
The boutique coastal property was sold following a competitive Expression of Interest campaign exclusively managed by HTL Property’s specialist accommodation team.
The successful purchaser is Maison Hotels. The acquisition was led by Maison Hotel’s Andrew Kennedy, marking the company’s first move into the hospitality sector.
Motel Molly is a boutique, near-beachfront accommodation asset featuring 16 stylishly appointed rooms. The property underwent a comprehensive refurbishment, blending coastal charm with modern design by its previous owners, Knox Group.
“The sale Motel Molly is symptomatic of a marketplace looking for high quality and unique accommodation offerings in varying shapes and sizes nationally” advised HTL Property Managing Director, Andrew Jolliffe.
“In addition to Motel Molly, and evidencing this broad market attraction, our firm has in the past month sold the 5 Star Skye Suites in the Sydney CBD; and both UKO Paddington and UME Potts Point respectively” added Jolliffe.
“The national accommodation market is positively charged at this point in time, the beneficiary of increased inbound tourism numbers and a domestic market attuned to high quality experiential regional offerings” added HTL Property’s Andrew Jackson.
