Largest Sydney Hotel Sale for 2025

HTL Property, in conjunction with JLL Hotels & Hospitality, is delighted to announce the sale of the large format Silverwater Hotel on behalf of the well-known Momento Hospitality; the award winning hospitality vehicle operated by the Colosimo family.

The sale was concluded by Dan Dragicevich and Andrew Jolliffe of HTL Property, alongside Ben McDonald and John Musca of JLL Hotels and Hospitality, and followed a highly competitive on-market sales campaign which yielded multiple strong offers to purchase; underscoring the strength of the A-grade Sydney metro market.

The expansive single level venue operates a bar, bistro, gaming room with 30 gaming machines, multiple outdoor areas, substantial on-site parking; and arterial Silverwater Rd corner frontage, benefitting from late trading privileges.

Silverwater Hotel is positioned within a relatively underpubbed catchment of Metropolitan Sydney, with the closest venues being some of the stronger performers in the State. Surrounded by local and state government infrastructure projects, the expansive hotel is set to continue to grow into the future.
