HTL Property is proud to announce the sale of the iconic Hotel Brunswick, situated in Brunswick Heads near Byron Bay on the NSW North Coast.
The hotel, sold off-market by HTL Property Managing Director Andrew Jolliffe, has been acquired by MAHF.

“It’s landed in the best possible hands of Dan Brady and his team. Its growth will continue under their leadership in the best spot on the north coast of Australia” Gyngell added.
“We will be cheering their continued success” concluded Gyngell.
The famous and two-storey waterfront hotel is best known for its enormous and picturesque tree adorned beer garden: as well as its close affinity with local live entertainment and a multi-restaurant food offering.

The sale of the Hotel Brunswick comes at a time when the nation hotel landscape closes in on $2bn in consolidated sales.
