HTL Property today announces the sale of the landmark Flinders Street Melbourne property, Tomasetti House, to world class hospitality vehicle and Justin Hemmes led Merivale Group.

The discreet sale was exclusively managed by HTL Property on behalf of its Sydney based client, the private Millett family.
