HTL Property Expands National Footprint with Key Victorian Appointment

Leading specialist brokerage agency HTL Property is proud to announce the appointment of Scott Callow to lead the company’s expansion into Victoria and related southern states.

Scott, who has most recently occupied a Senior Director role within CBRE’s Victorian Hotels Capital Markets Investment and Brokerage team, brings to HTL and its valued clients in excess of 30 years industry experience.

In addition to freehold and leasehold asset sales, Scott has advised on operator selection and key lease term negotiations on behalf of key stakeholders and relating to both hotel and serviced apartment developments.
