HTL Property Closes Out 2023 with Sydney Record Pub Sale

Leading national brokerage agency, HTL Property, is proud to confirm the sale of Redcape’s Mount Annan Hotel to a highly regarded Sydney hotel family.

The off-market deal brokered by Andrew Jolliffe and Dan Dragicevich, the fifth transaction concluded by HTL Property on behalf of Redcape this year, reflects the largest single asset pub sale for Sydney in 2023 – and the boutique agency’s fifth such record sale in successive years.
