Immediately following the firm’s sale of the Town Hall Hotel in Sydney’s harbourside suburb of Balmain, leading national brokerage agency HTL Property today announced the second Sydney pub sale this week in the form of Paddington’s famed ‘Three Weeds’ – or more formally referred to as The Rose, Shamrock and Thistle.
Following another publicly marketed campaign lead by the asset-class leading HTL team, consisting in this instance of Andrew Jolliffe, Dan Dragicevich and Sam Handy; the well known, popular and Oxford St located multi-storey property has been sold to a private investment syndicate.
“A mainstay of the upmarket Paddington hospitality scene, the traditional pub aesthetic promoted and when combined with the inherent developable capacity enjoyed by the Three Weeds, projected itself magnetically to multiple parties pursuing the opportunity” advised HTL Property’s Managing Director, Andrew Jolliffe.
“We’re delighted to have represented our valued client regarding the sale of this famed Sydney hotel, another in a long line of transactions triggered this calendar year by the confluence of compressed debt pricing, and strong mixed revenue generation” Jolliffe concluded.
Whilst not prepared to disclose details regarding either the successful purchaser entity or price paid, HTL Property confirms the transaction metrics mirrored those provided by the exclusive agency throughout the sale process.
End.
