HTL Looking to Increase Newcastle Market Share with Lambton Sale Process

HTL Property is pleased to announce the sale process for Newcastle’s popular Lambton Park Hotel.

Lead agents Blake Edwards and Dan Dragicevich are managing the sale on behalf of the Riversdale Group. The impressive hotel asset is being offered for sale via an on-market expression of interest campaign; closing 7 December 2022, if not sold prior.

Located in suburban Newcastle, the venue occupies a prominent position adjacent the Lambton Park sports and recreation area, and occupies a 1,038m2 block comprising 10 off-street car parks. In addition, the vendors have obtained two fully costed DA’s, one opening up the ground floor patio and gaming area; and the other activating the first floor via a new bar and seating area, with panoramic views over Lambton Park.
