A recently refurbished hotel motel located in Queensland‟s oldest town has been listed for sale with Ray White Hotels Australia.
The Golden Orange Hotel Motel at 2-5 Maltby Place, Gayndah, is being marketed by Leon Alaban and Sean Dollar of Ray White Hotels Australia.
Mr Alaban, Ray White Hotels Australia Director of Investment Sales Queensland,
said the hotel motel is located over four lots with a combined site area of approximately 6,717 sqm and is being marketed as freehold going concern.
He said “the Golden Orange is a very popular pub with locals and even the tourists that flock to Gayndah for the Orange Festival; this event is held on every odd numbered year, the town is also popular with fruit picking backpackers during the months of May through to August.”
“Mining exploration is currently being conducted in the area and the opportunity is available for the incoming purchaser to target the key mining associated companies,which are situated in the immediate region.”
Mr Dollar, Ray White Hotels Australia‟s Director of Sales and Business Development, said there is an opportunity for an incoming purchaser to immediately expand the motel operations.
