HTL Property is pleased to announce the upcoming sale or lease campaign for the well known Garry Owen Hotel in Sydney’s Inner West.
The sale is being exclusively managed by HTL Directors Blake Edwards and Sam Handy.
The hotel operates a bar, bistro, 10 very valuable gaming machines, a spacious first floor deck, function room, a small apartment and occupies a large 358m2 block.
“The vendors have applied a casual approach to the management of this pub, so there exists lots of low hanging fruit in terms of the upside across all departments” commented HTL’s Blake Edwards.
The vendor purchased the asset in 2018 and has operated it through Covid and beyond, but is now looking to retire and wants to sell or find a suitable tenant to take over operation of the pub.
“An exciting aspect of the proposed sale is the flexibility from our vendor. Whereby they’re happy to consider offers for sale, lease or other structured arrangements” Edwards concluded.
The Garry Owen will be sold or leased by expression of interest closing on the 2nd of June 2024, if not sold or leased prior.
