Bathurst’s Havannah Accommodation Sold by HTL Property

Specialist national brokerage firm HTL Property is pleased to announce the successful sale of Havannah Accommodation – Bathurst.

HTL Property Directors Nic Simarro and Andrew Jackson handled the exclusive sale for a Sydney based private investor syndicate.

Opened in 2015, Havannah Accommodation comprises forty-eight mirror-image rooms, and is positioned upon a 2,649 sqm land parcel.  Additionally, the property enjoys a development approval for another twenty-six rooms.

Bathurst is a thriving regional city located approximately 207 km west from Sydney CBD and 254 km from the Canberra CBD.  Bathurst, with a population of 40,000 and growing, has historically been the regional hub for entertainment and economy in the Central Tablelands of NSW.

“Despite the current destabilization in the construction industry, accommodation that benefits from repositioning and or refurbishment continues to be a high priority for investors” advised HTL Property Director, Nic Simarro.

“We had previously noted this private investor’s mandate for exactly this type of asset; ultimately resulting in a strong result for our client” added Simarro.

“To summarise the process, we drafted a list of groups we know are seeking exposure to the Bathurst market, and collectively worked through each investor until we found the right fit” Jackson concluded.
