The freehold going concern hotel is situated 10km west of Taree and is the only pub in Wingham. The property sports a popular bar, bistro, pub style accommodation, a gaming room with 13 gaming entitlements; and is licenced to trade until 1.30am on both Friday and Saturdays.

The vendor is Port Stephens based publican Nic Quinn, who purchased the hotel asset in 2021 with grand plans for an extensive refurbishment.
