Xavier Plunkett

With over a decade of specialised hotel broking experience, Xavier Plunkett is a founding member of HTL Property and a recognised leader in the sale of hotels, pubs, and gaming licences across Regional New South Wales. Prior to joining HTL Property, he worked alongside industry leader Andrew Jolliffe at Ray White Hotels, honing the transactional expertise that underpins his results today.

Xavier’s 20-year career spans both hospitality operations and commercial real estate, including seven years as Operations Manager for large-format pubs and hotels with the Palace Leisure Group and six years in land acquisition and development sales for the Gold Coast-based JLF Corporation. This unique combination equips him with both property and operational expertise, enabling him to deliver highly strategic, commercially astute advice to his clients.

Holding a Bachelor of Real Estate and Property Development from Bond University, Xavier offers technical expertise in feasibility analysis, property finance, taxation, and valuations.

His deep understanding of gaming and licencing legislation and the related market dynamics has driven an unmatched track record of over 70% market share and more than $250 million in NSW poker machine entitlement transactions and hotel licence sales.
