With over a decade of combined hotel and property industry experience, Xavier joined HTL Property after 7 years tenure as an Operations Manager of large format hotels with the Palace Leisure Group and 6 years commercial real estate experience, including a land acquisition and development sales role for Gold Coast-based, JLF Corporation.

His robust understanding of all facets of hotel operations and his transactional experience has given Xavier an edge in this industry, ensuring his clients know they are working with a specialist in the hotel sector.

Possessing a Bachelor of Real Estate and Property Development from Bond University, Xavier offers his clients a wealth of technical knowledge in areas of Feasibility Analysis, Property Finance, Property Taxation and Valuations.
