Sam plays a lead role in the marketing and sale of pubs assets across freehold, leasehold and greenfield sites and developments.
Over the last 15 years, Sam has occupied numerous senior executive roles at some of Australia’s most prestigious hospitality businesses, most notably, CBRE, Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels and Diageo Australia and as such, is well positioned to share with his clients the benefits of his extensive transactional experience.
Throughout his career, Sam has overseen the acquisition and/or divestment of over 130 pubs and has an enviable track record of hotel transaction completions across both gaming and food and beverage focused hotels.
