Paul Nyholt

Paul Nyholt is a Director of the HTL Property Accommodation Business Line in Queensland, responsible for extensive hotels and leisure brokerage and consultancy assignments.

Paul boasts over four decades of experience in the hotel industry, previously holding senior operations and management roles across numerous hotels and resorts throughout Australia, the South Pacific and North America for a period of 20 years.

Since 1997 Paul has been on the agency side of the business, specialising in the marketing and sale of hotel and leisure assets and has worked at each of the major hotel brokerage houses prior to joining HTL Property to spearhead the QLD accommodation brokerage business.

Paul is an industry veteran, with client and investor relationships that are the envy of his peers. He has been responsible for the marketing and sale of countless hotel and tourism related property assets throughout Australia and the South Pacific including various island resort sales, hotels, holiday parks, resorts, boutique lodges, motels, golf course resorts, manufactured home estates, management rights complexes; and DA approved tourism sites.
