Nic Simarro is a Director at HTL Property focusing on the sale of Accommodation Hotels throughout Australasia.

Nic has been in the acquisition sector of the industry for 8 years and has had the privilege to work with a number of market leading firms across the world.  Nic has personally marketed and successfully transacted over $500m in accommodation hotels across the UK, Europe and Australasia.

In addition to accommodation, Nic spent 2 years marketing and selling major development sites across Sydney’s metropolitan area and has acquired the skills to work with both hotel and development acquisitions.

Nic’s track record is extensive with strong experience in marketing properties in the Kimberley WA to five star hotels in Australia’s Capital Cities.
