Nic Simarro

Nic Simarro is a Director at HTL Property focusing on the sale of accommodation hotels throughout Australia. Nic has been in the acquisition sector of the industry for eight years, working with a number of market leading firms across the world. He has personally marketed and successfully transacted over $500m in assets across the UK, Europe and Australasia.

In addition to Accommodation, Nic spent two years marketing and selling major development sites across Sydney’s metropolitan area gaining the skills to work with both hotel and development acquisitions.
