Mark Durran is the Managing Director of Hotel Capital Markets APAC.

With a career spanning 36 years, Durran is widely considered one of the most experienced hotel advisors in Australia; bringing with him an unrivalled track record, and having personally negotiated over 140 major hotel transactions with a combined value exceeding $6.5 billion, across Australia, NZ and The Asia-Pacific region.

Durran’s deep expertise encompasses hotel brokerage, operations, and development; which has included 25 years in senior leadership at JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group and, most recently, leading the Hotel Capital Markets team at Savills.
