With over 23 years of experience in senior management roles, James has successfully led some of Australia’s most recogonisable brands through periods of transformation and expansion.

During which James has partnered, advised and strategically guided some of Private Equity’s largest names on acquisitions, turnarounds and divestments. James has earned respect as a motivational, forward-thinking leader and collaborator who streamlines operations, optimises staff performance, and secures and strengthens lucrative partnerships. As an innovative thinker, James remains fully committed to engaging with boards, investment committees, management, and staff in order to achieve the required financial outcomes.

An entrepreneurial mindset and strong global economic insight has allowed James to partner with institutional investors to direct operational performance, bridging strategy and implementation so as to drive growth and deliver performance.

James has proven ability to optimise financial performance, streamline processes, and implement effective cost-saving measures. James brings a wealth of expertise in structured financial modeling, risk management, and capital allocation, providing invaluable guidance to family offices, syndications, institutional clients and private owners.

Provided critical strategy and execution as well as counsel to ownership throughout the M&A process of the TSC portfolio in 2023.
