James Carrick is a highly experienced sales professional with a proven track record in dynamic and fast-paced sales environments. Before transitioning to HTL Property and specialising in the hospitality, tourism, and leisure industry, he honed his sales and marketing skills in
commercial roles with prestigious organisations such as Fox Sports, Foxtel, and Diageo Australia.

For over a decade, James has become a respected regional expert in the sale of Freehold and Leasehold Motels and Hotels, Management Rights, Caravan Parks, Manufactured Home Estates (MHEs), and Pubs across both regional New South Wales and Queensland.

Focusing primarily on sub-metro accommodation and leisure market assets, James collaborates closely with HTL Property’s National Director of Accommodation, Andrew Jackson, as well as fellow Directors in the accommodation division, Nic Simarro and Paul Nyholt, to deliver unparalleled expertise and service in the regional sector.
