James Carrick

James enjoys extensive experience within dynamic and fast paced sales environments. Prior to joining HTL and the hospitality, tourism and leisure industry, James furthered his sales and marketing skills in commercial roles with Fox Sports, Foxtel and Diageo Australia.

Over the past decade, James has built a reputation and expertise with a successful sales track record of selling Freehold and Leasehold Motels & Hotels, Management Rights, Caravan Parks, Manufactured Home Estates (MHE’s) and Pubs in both regional NSW and Qld.

Successfully delivering upon more than 90 accommodation asset transactions, James has separately navigated 19 unique transactions since the travel restrictions associated with the global pandemic.

James is driven to achieve the best outcomes for all his clients through hard work, strong networks, and an in-depth industry knowledge. James actively promotes open and inclusive communication with clients and their respective legal advisors; providing for a transparent and prosperous sales process.

With a primary focus on sub-metro accommodation and leisure market assets, James works closely alongside HTL Property’s National Accommodation Director Andrew Jackson; and fellow accommodation division Director, Nic Simarro.
