Glenn Price is the Queensland Director of Investment Sales for HTL Property.

Commencing his real estate career in 2002, Glenn has worked for some of the leading real estate offices in the country providing him with an extensive and detailed knowledge of the commercial real estate sector. Glenn’s strategic advice is highly regarded and frequently sought by Institutional Business, as well as clients in the Banking & Finance, Advisory and Hotel sectors.

Glenn’s in-depth understanding of hotels and the institutional investment process has led to his specialisation in negotiating large or flagship sales both to and for listed hotel funds, private equity firms and independent publicans alike.

Having managed large format and boutique hotel venues in New South Wales prior to commencing his real estate career, Glenn is able to offer his clients a specialised and hands on understanding of the hotel industry;  coupled with his extensive sales and business acumen across all facets of the commercial property sector.

Glenn holds both a Queensland and New South Wales Real Estate Licence allowing him to specialise in cross-border sales on Australia’s East Coast.
