Damien McConchie

Damien is a highly experienced senior business finance professional with over 25 years in the banking and non-banking industry. Damien has led sales and credit risk teams and has been the deal-lead on multiple transactions across all aspects of Property Development & Investment Finance, Corporate & Commercial Finance and M&A and Project Finance.

He joins HTL Corporate Advisory following an impactful and highly successful +10 years at the Commonwealth Bank. In his most recent role, Damien held the position of a business development executive where he originated over 30 new business customers to the bank and over $1bn in lending limits in just 3 years.

Damien’s experience outside banking included roles with Metcash and sourcing seed capital for the USA-based start-up Koin Systems Inc., a company pioneering Neuro Resilience Training programs for physical and mental health, where he continues to serve as Chairman.

Damien will leverage his extensive business and banking experience to help optimize performance for investors, owners and lenders across all stages of their business lifecycle and bring his wealth of experience to source and develop new and existing business relationships.
